Maintaining Superior Service under Pressure
One of our customers was not having a great day. He was stressed out because he was moving from out of state and didn’t have the proper documents that he needed in order to switch his driver’s license over to a New Mexico one. After a few minutes, he was able to calm down enough to get the information that was needed.
All of this would not have been possible if one of our managers hadn’t kept her cool. She was calm and collected, even under intense pressure. The customer service agent who was working with the upset customer was appreciative, and so are we! Sometimes, it takes a little extra to get the job done, but our employees are willing to go the extra mile!
