Motor Vehicle Division services provided by this office are under an agreement with the New Mexico Motor Vehicle Division of the Taxation and Revenue Department. This agreement will last for three years with the option to renew.
The MVD Express office offers the following services:
- Registration renewals
- Title transfers
- Driver's license and ID renewals
- Vehicle inspections
- Real ID
MVD Express services are available to all New Mexico residents. However, a convenience fee is added to each transaction. Fees may be paid by cash, check, money order, or credit/debit card.

Vehicle Titles
Through our agreement with the State of New Mexico Motor Vehicle Department, we are authorized to provide motor vehicle titles, including motorcycle titles, new and used titles, and title transfers. If you have questions about your vehicle title, please contact our office.
Driver's Licenses and ID Cards
New Mexico driver's licenses and ID cards can be renewed at our office. We offer REAL ID and Standard driver's licenses and renewals for commercial driver's licenses. For more information on what type of license or ID card you need, please contact our office.
Vehicle Inspections
All vehicles registered in New Mexico are required to have a valid inspection certificate. Our office can perform vehicle Inspections for most vehicles, including cars, trucks, motorcycles, and RVs. If you have questions about your vehicle inspection, please contact our office.

With MVD Express, you can keep your car registered while on the New Mexico roads and avoid any late fees or potential tickets by renewing your vehicle’s license plates. REAL ID Driver's License or ID Cards
